The Creative Practice — Terms & Conditions

By purchasing The Creative Practice, you agree to the following terms:

Program Dates

The Creative Practice runs from September 28–December 3, 2026. Programming takes place at RecCreate Collective and at select off-site locations, as noted in the calendar.

What's Included

Your registration includes:

• 18 credits to use toward eligible Fall 2026 clubs, projects, and workshops
• 3 member-only Creative Gatherings
• Weekly virtual meditation + journaling sessions
• Access to the member group text thread
• Member perks and surprises throughout the season
• Complimentary annual subscription to muse-ing, RecCreate's Substack
• Complimentary RecCreate merchandise, as available

Credits are valid only for eligible Fall 2026 programming and do not roll over beyond the program dates. Members are not required to use all 18 credits.

Class Registration & Availability

Class selection will open September 1 and will take place in the order members registered for the program. Registration for individual classes is subject to availability.

While we will do our best to accommodate demand and may add additional sessions or programming throughout the season, we cannot guarantee availability for any specific class, date, or experience.

Members will receive first access to newly added programming and may use their credits toward eligible new offerings.

Class Changes & Swaps

We know plans change! Each member receives one included class swap during the season, subject to availability, with at least 72 hours' notice.

Members may also switch into newly added eligible programming, subject to availability.

If you miss a class or provide less than 72 hours' notice, the credits used for that class will be considered used and will not be reinstated.

Member-only gatherings are included and do not require credits.

Additional Costs

Most standard materials are included with your credits. Any additional costs associated with a particular experience (such as casting fees for Lost Wax Casting) will be clearly noted in the program calendar and are the responsibility of the member.

Refunds & Cancellations

We want you to feel good about your decision to join us. You may cancel your registration and receive a full refund within 24 hours of purchase.

After the initial 24-hour cancellation window, all purchases are final and non-refundable, including in the event that you are unable to attend classes or use all of your credits.

If you have an issue or exceptional circumstance, please contact us at [email protected] and we'll do our best to help where we can, but refunds after the 24-hour window are not guaranteed.

Program Changes

RecCreate Collective reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the program schedule, instructors, locations, or individual offerings when necessary. If a class or gathering is canceled or materially changed by RecCreate, members will be notified and, where applicable, will have the opportunity to use their credits toward another eligible offering.

Participant Conduct

We want The Creative Practice to be a welcoming, generous, and respectful community. Members are expected to treat RecCreate staff, instructors, collaborators, fellow members, and venues with respect. RecCreate reserves the right to remove a participant from the program for serious or repeated disruptive, unsafe, or disrespectful behavior. In such circumstances, refunds will not be provided.

Photography & Media

RecCreate and its collaborators may photograph or film program activities for promotional, editorial, and social media purposes. By participating in the program, you acknowledge that you may appear in such materials. If you have concerns about being photographed or filmed, please let a RecCreate team member know at the beginning of the event.
